My next stop from Mexico was Belgium… where I visited my kite friends from Brazil (Mirke & her father)… They own a beach club in Knocke Heist. I was lucky enough that when I arrived there was a Belgian kitesurfing competition going on. Almost everyone I know from Belgium was there… World Champion Christophe Tack, Sam, Matt… Friends I met in Spain… Kenya and Brazil in different years….Once again we see that planet Earth and the kitesurfing community is really small…
Since they really wanted to bite into the lemon on the podium, I had to grant their wish…
