Once a year Dominican republic turn into magical carneval with smiley faces everywhere you look….its that time of the year when people forget about worries of todays world and globalizatioon and manipulation…..so they dress and turn into something they want to be….or something that would like to show to others…..but in general it is event where people share their smiles and are happy …at least for that brief moment in time….
